PAIGE BOSER, LCSW
Hi, I’m Paige
PSYCHOTHERAPIST AT HEAD FIRST HEALTH
My specialty is providing strengths-based and exploratory therapy to help you feel empowered, confident, and fulfilled in your life. I aim to create a trusting, genuine therapeutic relationship that fosters long-lasting change and self-discovery.
With years of experience treating depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, substance use, and self-esteem, I especially enjoy supporting women through various stages of life, including new and expecting mothers. I am also passionate about working with individuals questioning their relationship with alcohol, those who are “sober curious,” and loved ones impacted by addiction. I believe in decreasing the stigma around substance use to open more paths to hope and recovery. As Brené Brown says, "Shame can't survive when matched with empathy."
I utilize multiple evidence-based approaches to encourage healing in both mind and body. Since every path to healing is unique, my therapeutic style is fluid and collaborative, empowering you to define and achieve your goals for growth and change.
“Loving ourselves through the process of owning our story is the bravest thing we'll ever do.”
