Hi, I’m Paige

Psychotherapist at Head First Health.

“Loving ourselves through the process of owning our story is the bravest thing we'll ever do.”

Hi! I’m Paige, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and therapist at Head First Health.

My specialty is providing strengths-based and exploratory therapy to help you feel empowered, confident, and fulfilled in your life. I aim to create a trusting, genuine therapeutic relationship that fosters long-lasting change and self-discovery.

With years of experience treating depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, substance use, and self-esteem, I especially enjoy supporting women through various stages of life, including new and expecting mothers. I am also passionate about working with individuals questioning their relationship with alcohol, those who are “sober curious,” and loved ones impacted by addiction. I believe in decreasing the stigma around substance use to open more paths to hope and recovery. As Brené Brown says, "Shame can't survive when matched with empathy."

I utilize multiple evidence-based approaches to encourage healing in both mind and body. Since every path to healing is unique, my therapeutic style is fluid and collaborative, empowering you to define and achieve your goals for growth and change.

Throughout the years this has looked like:

  • Graduating with my Bachelor of Social Work from Illinois State University

  • Graduating with my Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago

  • Completing 3000 hours of clinical supervision

  • Passing my clinical licensing exams (LSW and LCSW exams)

  • Years of experience working in a hospital setting in multiple levels of care (inpatient, outpatient, 1:1 therapy) treating substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self esteem

  • Completed training to be a certified SMART Recovery Facilitator

My style: Warm, empathetic, direct, down to earth (coffee in hand of course.)

My Framework: ACT, Strengths based, Humanistic, CBT.

Fast Facts: When I’m not at HFH, you can find me on my peloton bike, long distance running, loving on my pets (my two cats Norman and Parker & dog Leo), eating anything Italian with my Husband, and always looking forward to my next cup of coffee.
