Rachel Richardson, LPC

Hi, I’m Rachel

Psychotherapist at Head First Health.

The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” — Carl Jung

Hi! I’m Rachel, a licensed professional counselor (LPC) at Head First Health. I’m passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore who you are and who you want to become. Whether you’re facing stress at work, family drama, anxiety, co-parenting dynamics, or feeling stuck in your relationships, I’m here to help. I believe life’s toughest moments can be opportunities to reconnect with your authentic self and realign with your true purpose. Together, we’ll dig deeper to uncover the root causes of what’s holding you back and create lasting change.

As a working mom who spent years navigating corporate America, I understand how overwhelming it can be to juggle multiple roles and responsibilities. The pressure to succeed professionally while being present for your family and maintaining your sense of self can easily lead to burnout. I've been there, and I know how easy it is to lose sight of your needs. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others be intentional with their time and energy so they can curate a life that aligns with their purpose, rather than simply reacting to external demands.

I approach therapy with a holistic, relationally focused perspective, blending deep insight with a direct, curious approach to guide your personal growth. My style is empathetic and compassionate, but also clear and challenging when needed. I’ll work with you to build self-awareness and clarity, helping you navigate relationship dynamics, heal from trauma, and find more balance in your life. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength and align your choices with your authentic self.

In our sessions, I’ll ask tough, thought-provoking questions to encourage self-reflection and spark transformation. Whether it’s shifting limiting beliefs or addressing emotional patterns, my aim is to guide you toward lasting change. This process isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about fostering deep, long-term growth so you can better understand yourself and make more aligned, intentional choices in your life.

If you’re feeling stuck or uncertain about your next steps, I’m here to help you take that first step toward transformation. Together, we’ll uncover your inner strength, create a vision for your future, and explore how to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. If you’re ready to make a shift and move toward a life that feels more aligned, purposeful, and fulfilling, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
